Anyway, today is a new day... mesti continue minum JDM5, nampaknyer hari kerja aku boleh la stick to my diet.. weekend hancus.. nak tgk weekend ni mcm mana plak..
Bfast:
0.5 portion of bihun goreng, 0.5 lagi bg kat my friend, dia kirim belikan bfast, tp hp batt kaput, dpt msg dia bila dah spi ofc jer... so takper la, dia pon tak mkn byk...
Lunch:
skip lagiii... tp sbb ada hal.. lunch time pergi Ju$co, gi carik shaker tu.. sib baik ada.. murah jer pong, RM4.50.. so tangkap 2 la, 1 letak kat office, 1 lg letak kat rumah.. senang gitu...
Just for record, arini mkn su$hi k|ng jerr... jerr gitu kan.. tp tis time tak byk la.. normally kalau melantak kat sini maonyer 6-7 pinggan sushi aku mkn.. tp kali ni, pinggan sushi 3 jer,, lagi 1 yg soya bean tu.. dapp...
Dinner:
Beli tomyam ayam and lauk2 utk org rumah... hamba melantak tomyam + nasi putih jer.. 0.5 senduk kot.. tomyam jer yg byk...
midnite:
Yeayyy, berjaya minum JDM5 mlm ni.. setelah skip dia bbrp mlm kan...
